How long does it take to complete a custom invitation?

We are unable to gauge the amount of time it may take to complete custom stationary as it depends on a variety of factors such as amount of details in the design, feedback timing, etc.

Can I customize existing designs?

Yes, you can! All of our products are customizable. We are able to change fonts, background colours as well as add/remove elements such as hashtags and dates.

How does the signage print out?

The size of this board is 24" x 36". Printed signage is available on 1/2” foamcore boards. They are lightweight and easy to set up.

How can I order custom wedding invitations?

You can contact us at kardz.info@gmail.com and our team will be in touch 48 - 72 hours. We will begin with a preliminary phone call to discuss your vision. After the phone call, we will email you a quote. Turnaround time can take between 2-4 weeks once you approve the quote.

How long does it take?

Signage available on our website takes 5 business days to mail out. Custom signs can take between 2-3 weeks depending on design. Wedding invitations takes between 2-4 weeks and custom invitations can take between 3-6 weeks.

In a rush and need you wedding invitations asap?

No worries, we got you! When you contact our team, please inform us of the urgency and we can have your wedding invitations mailed out in as little as 7 business days.

What is the process for event signage?

Our team will be in touch 48 - 72 hours post payment confirmation. We will work on creating your signage based on your preference and information provided. Once completed, a PDF will be emailed to you for confirmation. Upon approval, we will mail you the printed sign. Our shop will ensure that we keep you in the loop during the design and shipping process. Printing can take up to 7-10 business days

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all of the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are available, as well as PayPal.

Do you offer Klarna/AfterPay?

Not at the moment. We are working on implementing it in the near future. Please reach out to us if you want to be notified once we do.

Returns

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
